‘C’ Type Coating & Lamination Machine (MODEL NO. BPM-CL-300):

TECHNICAL DETAILS:

Base Unit : The machine is designed on the principle of modular construction suitable  for extension with coating machine. This machine is an efficient converter, which handle web material or substrates like BOPP, Polyester, Paper, Cellophane, PVC, Aluminum Foil and other allied materials from 10microns to 120- micron thickness. The frame is made on heavy M.S. body to avoid the vibration.

Coating Unit- There is one coating unit consisting of one roller (adhesive pickup roller) one rubber roller (pressure roller) driven by 1 HP DC motor and reduction gearbox. There is one doctor blade attachment complete with reduction gearbox and fine setting of ink for printing and lacquer coating.  One Adhesive tray will be provided for up and down adjustment. One dancing roll will also be provided to take care of any uneven feeding or gauge variation. Unwinding station having one shaft with taper cones, spring tension clutch/brake, side adjustment etc. Aluminum cast idler rollers with double bearing provided for smooth running of the film.

Drying Chamber:  All M.S. rollers in the heating chamber synchronized and drive with main drive, with main drive, One side Window to inspect the film and 3” thick glass wool to prevent the heating outgoing. 1 HP AC KIRLOSKAR MAKE blowers in two zones will be provided. The hot air from heating box is uniformly blown at different position ensuring the equal airflow on the film.

Lamination Unit: Winding unit consists of one steel roller, rubber roller for pressure, idler roller, center winding with one shaft with cones, slipping clutch, all driven by 2 HP DC motor.

Basement: Heavy-duty basement will provided to avoid the vibration.

Control Board: Control Board having digital temperature controller, AC Variable motor control for unwind and rewind, web guide starters, blower starters, Unwind & Rewind pneumatic tension controller, Pressure rollers/Lay-on rollers pneumatic controls and all others standard accessories.
