The Holographic Hot Foil Stamps applicator in strip form inspitation came from the demand for a faster more technologically advanced finishing machine. This machine is customized designed specially for the purpose of applying Holographic Hot Stamping Strip on Paper which is suitable for application on Cigarette stamp and Band. The H.H.SA. is the latest and greatest in Imagi graphics line of hogh-speed equipment. The system includes a feeder, Holographic Strip Applicator, separator wastage winder/sucker and jogger. When speed and flexiblity are top priority, the H.H.SA. surpasses expectations.

• Flexible with stock sizes. sheets from 215 mm x 280 mm up to (785 x 1020 mm).
• Feeder delivers conistent under lap ensuring a more accurate process from start to finish.
• NT Rollers heat without water or oil which make them virtually "maintenance free".
• Decurling bar with imagi graphics patented "brakes" system allow operator greater control for a flat sheet regardless of paper thickness.
• Swing out mandrel allows easy roll changes for quicker loading and changeovers with less down time.
• Separator utilizes a laser sensor for precise lap detection, eleminating torn or ripped sheets even with the lightest of stocks.

FEEDER:-

                 The system H.H.S.A. is equipped to handle a wide range of stocks giving you more flexibility. This state of art feeder also registers the sheet ensuring consistent underlap-therefore making the process more accurate from start to finish.

HOT-STAMPING FOIL STRIP APPLICATION:-

                                                                        The features Imagi Graphics revolutionary NT roller. The NT roller is heated without the use of traditional oil or water systems minimizing maintenance costs. In addition, the curl management system places the film on the paper in a relaxed manner for a flat, finished product, Finally the swing out mandrel is equipped with sideways adjustment and centering marks, allowing for easier and quicker loading with less down time.

SEPARATOR:-

                          The separator offers complete sheet separattion without bursting. Physically separating the sheet instead of bursting is beneficial when running polyester, nylon, and film thicker thean 1.3mil as it assures that there won't be frayed edges on the sheets making it hard to register and stack the sheets for post-lamination processing.
